Hey, friends, I'm Nathan Morgan and I'm proud to be serving as your 2016-2017 Vice President.

I can honestly say that the FFA has definitely had a huge impact on my life. 
The National FFA Organization helped me change from that shy little freshman that walked into Cookeville High School to the confident, energetic person I am today.

One thing you should know about me is that I grew up in the center of town. No connection to agriculture...at all. Many people ask me why I am even involved in FFA. Well, here is my answer... FFA is not only about agriculture and farming. "FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agriculture education"
-FFA motto.

In FFA, we have experiences that you would not imagine. From driving 4 hours to compete in a vet science CDE to just simply practicing The FFA Creed in the AG room, TRUST ME THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT.

I am a junior in high school and have been involved in the FFA for quite some time. One person who has had an impact on my life is my sister. She graduated from Cookeville High School in 2014. She is the one who encouraged me to join FFA because it had made such an impact in her life. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go. After 3 full years in the FFA, I know I made the right decision. If you are like I was at the beginning of Freshman year, and have not decided if FFA is right for you, give it a try...I promise you will be glad you did.
